Corporate Social Responsibility is the continuing commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families as well as of the local community and society at large.
Sensing the need for a certifiable requirement standard on Social Responsibility, IQNet in collaboration with other stakeholders has developed SR-10 Specification which provides the possibility to systematize and integrate Social Responsibility management into a n organization’s existing management systems. In this way, the system enables the organization to contribute to the sustainable development and achieve satisfaction of all its’ stakeholders’ needs and expectations, through a transparent and ethical manner.
The SR 10 is a specification created by IQNet, which defines the requirements that must be met in a Social Responsibility Management System whose aim is to satisfy stakeholders and fulfill social responsibility policies and objectives via the following characteristics;
• It is a management tool that enables managing Social Responsibility, based on the famous plan-do-check-act or PDCA cycle of continuous improvement. It can be applied to all types of organizations, independently of their nature of product / service, location or size.

- It leads to putting the principles, guidelines and recommendations into practice that are detailed in the ISO 26000 ‘Guide on Social Responsibility ‘.
- By implementing SR 10 Social Responsibility Management System, an organization will position itself as socially responsible, standing out from the competitors and positively strengthening its image with clients and customers.
